On Bluesky, a post about AI checkers circulated. An AI checker calls someone's writing AI-like because AI was trained on that person's writing — so the writer must compose unlike themselves to pass.
The cited case: detector marks text 100% AI for heavy em dashes, ideas in threes, AI-ish words like relentless. The author says they wrote that way before AI — even built keyboard settings for em dashes. That was their hand.
A strange reversal: humans write; AI learns; AI imitates human patterns; detectors call those patterns AI; humans are told to drop their own voice. Not plagiarism alone — attribution of style breaks. Punctuation, dashes, triadic rhythm, favorite adjectives, slight exaggeration, line breaks — once handwriting; now evidence.
Write in your style → flagged AI-like → rewrite to avoid suspicion → become less yourself. Humans are not beaten by AI but expelled from their own voice by institutions that suspect AI. Write humanly, yet your natural style reads artificial.

Blueskyで、AIチェッカーについての投稿が流れてきた。AIがその人の文章で訓練されたからAIっぽい——結果、本人は自分らしくない文章を書かなければならない。
引用された投稿では、エムダッシュの多用、三つ組の構文、relentless のような語が証拠として挙げられ、100% AIと判定される。しかし本人は——AIが存在する前からそう書いていた。エムダッシュ用のキーボード設定まで作っていた。それが自分の書き方だった。
奇妙な逆転——人間が書く、AIが学習する、AIが文体を真似る、判定ツールがその文体をAIっぽいとする、人間が自分の文体を捨てさせられる。盗作だけの問題ではない。文体の帰属が壊れている。
自分らしく書くほどAIらしいと言われる。AIに負けるのではなく、AIを疑う制度によって自分の声から追い出される。「人間らしく書け」と言われ、自分らしく書くとAIっぽいと言われる。
AIは文章を生成するだけでなく、読む側の疑念も生成し、その疑念が人間の書き方を変えていく。
