The headline is blunt: If you can build anything with AI why aren't you rich? Turns out your ideas are fucking stupid.

Crude. Rude. Yet it hits something essential.

In the early generative-AI wave, a dream spread: you need not write code, design, or make decks — ask AI and anyone can build a product, ship an app, start a company. And indeed, building became easier. Landing pages, app skeletons, logos, copy, video, prototypes — all faster.

But the questions remain: what to build; who wants it; why now; whether it is truly needed; why anyone would choose yours among countless lookalikes. AI raises build speed. It does not guarantee desire. Easier building exposes weak ideas sooner.

Once there were excuses: not enough technical skill, money, engineers, designers. AI removes part of that. What remains: judgment, observation, context, demand, distribution, trust, timing — and the idea itself.

This is a large inversion of the AI era. AI is not magic that saves mediocre ideas. It is also a machine that gives mediocre ideas form faster. So prototypes multiply, MVPs multiply, SaaS multiplies, agents multiply — yet what gets used does not grow at the same rate. What can be built and what is wanted are not the same.

What matters is not technical skill alone but what feels wrong, where small pains are seen, what not to build, at what pace to ship, to whom to deliver. Implementation walls fell; walls of thought and observation rose.

見出しは、かなり身も蓋もない。AIで何でも作れるなら、なぜあなたは金持ちではないのか。結局、あなたのアイデアがひどくバカだったからだ。

雑だ。口が悪い。でも、かなり本質を突いている。

生成AIの初期には、ひとつの夢があった。もうコードが書けなくてもいい。デザインができなくてもいい。資料が作れなくてもいい。AIに頼めば、誰でもプロダクトを作れる。誰でもアプリを出せる。誰でも起業できる。

たしかに、作れるようにはなった。LPは作れる。アプリの雛形も作れる。ロゴも作れる。文章も作れる。動画も作れる。プロトタイプも、かなり速く作れる。

でも、そこで問題が残る。何を作るのか。誰が欲しいのか。なぜ今なのか。それは本当に必要なのか。似たようなものが無数にある中で、なぜそれを選ぶのか。

AIは、作る速度を上げる。でも、欲しいものかどうかまでは保証しない。むしろ、作ることが簡単になったことで、アイデアの弱さが早く露出するようになった。

以前は、技術力が足りないから作れない、という言い訳があった。資金がないから作れない。エンジニアがいないから作れない。デザイナーがいないから作れない。でもAIによって、その言い訳の一部が消える。すると、残る。判断。観察。文脈。需要。流通。信頼。タイミング。そして、アイデアそのもの。

これは、AI時代のかなり大きな反転だと思う。AIは、凡庸なアイデアを救う魔法ではない。凡庸なアイデアを、より速く形にしてしまう機械でもある。

だから、世界にはプロトタイプが増える。MVPが増える。SaaSが増える。AIエージェントが増える。でも、使われるものはそれほど増えない。作れることと、求められることは違う。

ここで重要になるのは、技術力だけではない。むしろ、何に違和感を持つか。どこに小さな困りごとを見るか。何を作らないか。どの速度で出すか。誰に届けるか。AIによって、実装の壁は下がった。その代わり、思想と観察の壁が高くなった。
