On Threads, a strange poster circulated. Center: a tokusatsu-style hero. Left and right: Father transforms quickly on cheap alcohol, but mother hardly transforms even with expensive cosmetics. Quite harsh — yet oddly well made.
Transformation tripled: hero transformation; father's drunk transformation (hardly justice's hero); mother's cosmetic transformation — a slightly rude old household joke in superhero grammar. Father changes with sake; mother tries with makeup — crude sorting, laughed through tokusatsu syntax.
The poster is not mere gag; it handles who changes and who does not inside a home. People use small transformation devices daily — alcohol, cosmetics, clothes, words, roles, SNS icons — to become slightly someone else.

Threadsで、妙なポスターが流れてきた。中央には、特撮ヒーロー風の人物。その左右に——父は安いお酒ですぐに変身するが、母は高い化粧品でもなかなか変身しない。かなりひどい。でも、妙にうまい。
「変身」が三重に使われている。ヒーローの変身。酒を飲んだ父の変身——正義のヒーローではない。化粧による母の変身——少し失礼な冗談だが、古い家庭内ジョークの匂いがある。父は酒で変わる。母は化粧で変わろうとする。それを特撮の文法で笑う。
面白いのは、家庭の中の「変わる／変わらない」を扱っているところだ。酒。化粧品。服。言葉。役割。SNSのアイコン。そのどれもが、小さな変身装置である。
