Social media is often described as self-expression, complaint, or promotion. But sometimes it becomes a genuine emergency channel: medication unavailable, sleep breaking down, hours until a clinic reopens — and a public plea to strangers to help endure until then.
This field note does not reproduce any post, account, or screenshot. It exists because Protocol Publishing needs an ethics shelf, not because distress is folklore to collect. The observer cannot remain only an archivist at such a moment. Ethics begins when something is seen.
The folk pattern — at abstract level only — is medical gap → sleepless crisis → public call for help. Beside Small Posts of Grief and Care, this note marks a harder line: not every fragment should be archived, linked, or displayed. Some signals require response before documentation.
Ethics of Observation — not public archive material. The observatory records the boundary: SNS saves fragments of the world, and also carries voices trying to survive the night. Maturity here is knowing what not to place.
SNSは、自己表現の場、愚痴の場、宣伝の場として語られる。けれど、ときどき本当の緊急チャネルになる。薬が切れた。眠れない。再診まであと数時間——見知らぬ人に、朝まで持たせてほしいと、公共の場で書く。
このフィールドノートは、特定の投稿、アカウント、スクショを再現しない。Protocol Publishingに倫理の棚が必要だから存在する——苦しみを採集する民俗ではない。観測者は、その瞬間、記録者だけではいられない。見たとき、倫理が始まる。
民俗パターン——抽象度のみ——は、医療の空白→不眠の危機→公共への助けの呼びかけ。悲しみとケアの小さな投稿の傍ら、このノートはより硬い境界を示す。すべてをアーカイブし、リンクし、表示してはいけない。記録より先に、応答が要る断片がある。
観測の倫理——公開アーカイブの素材ではない。観測所が記録するのは境界である。SNSは世界の断片を保存する場所でもあり、夜を越えるために声を出す場所でもある。成熟とは、置かない判断を知ること。
