A graduation ceremony depends on names being spoken correctly. When automation misreads a graduate's name, the failure is reported as news — but socially it is something else: a rite interrupted at the moment belonging is conferred.
Ritual failure is one of the observatory's core types. AI enters institutions that already script recognition: schools, ceremonies, awards, naming. The model card does not matter to the family on the stage. What matters is that the passage looked wrong in public.
This pattern differs from memes and from No-AI refusal. It is not play, not identity badge — it is institutional automation colliding with a social form that assumed a human voice would carry dignity correctly.
The folk pattern is ceremony → automated recognition failure. Such fragments should be observed link-only, without spectacle: the point is not to mock the institution, but to record where automation breaks trust in moments that were never meant to be efficient.
卒業式は、名前が正しく読まれることに依存している。自動化が卒業生の名前を誤るとき、それはニュースとして報じられる——社会的には別のものだ：所属が授与される瞬間に、儀式が中断されたこと。

このパターンはミームでもNo-AIの拒否でもない。遊びでも身分証でもない——制度の自動化が、人間の声が尊厳を運ぶと信じられていた社会形式と衝突すること。
民俗パターンは、儀式→自動化された承認の失敗。この断片は、見世物にせずリンクのみで観測すべきだ。制度を嘲るためではなく、効率化されるはずのない瞬間で、自動化が信頼を壊す場所を記録するため。
