On social feeds, compressed moral tales circulate: sparse sentences, dialogue that moves the plot, explanation stripped away, a final line that reverses everything. A parent is called to school. A child is accused of violence. Apology begins — then the story turns. Protection was mistaken for harm; silence was chosen because speaking would not be cool.
This is not AI folklore. It belongs to the Field all the same — because Protocol Publishing asks not only what machines generate, but what humans still narrate. In the foreground of the AI era, synthetic content; in the background, small stories people shape from daily life and share as good tales.
The folk pattern is accusation → hidden protection → moral reversal.
